CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible on our contact page. If you have already received a tracking number in your email your order can not be canceled.

If order is placed through Facebook/Instagram you are able to cancel through them within the first 30 minutes of the order being places.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Priority shipping is provided for wholesale orders and takes 1-3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Tracking numbers are sent out via email when your order is processed. It takes 2-5 business days to process your order. It takes 7-21 business days to process pre-filled wholesale order. It takes 8-12 business days to process your wholesale jar or lip scrub order. Weekends and holidays are not included.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER? 

If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery you have 2 options.

Option 1: We can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee. 

Option 2: We can refund you for the products you purchased but shipping fee WILL NOT be included in the refund.
